Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Your Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a professional pickup for fully assembled bicycles.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
