All Lebel bicycles are shipped 85% pre-assembled in protective heavy-duty cartons. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the included multi-tool kit and our step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bicycle in its original packaging for a full refund. Please note that return shipping fees apply unless the product is defective.
Do Lebel frames come with a warranty?
Yes, every Lebel bicycle frame is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I test ride a Lebel bicycle before purchasing?
While we are primarily an online retailer, we partner with select local bike shops for demos. Check our 'Store Locator' page to see if there is a Lebel partner in your city.
