The Trek Madone SLR 7 Gen 8 is Trek's flagship aero road bike, built for elite racing and top-end speed. Trek was founded in 1976 in Waterloo, Wisconsin, and has built a reputation for race-winning engineering at the WorldTour level. The Project One program lets riders order custom finishes and component configurations directly from Trek.

This 54cm example is built on the 800 Series OCLV Carbon frame in Project One matte black with holographic logos. The drivetrain is SRAM Red AXS 1x12 electronic, with a Red XPLR 10-46 cassette and Red XPLR AXS rear derailleur, wireless brake-shifters for clean, cable-free operation. The SRAM Force DUB crankset includes a Quarq power meter spider for precise watt tracking on every ride. Hunt Limitless carbon wheels are fitted with Continental Grand Prix 5000 S TR tires in a tubeless-ready setup. The cockpit is fully integrated with a 120mm stem and 38cm aero handlebars. A Prologo Space saddle and Madone aero carbon seatpost complete the build; pedals are not included.
